Lexie Sampath, MD

A Missouri native, Dr. Sampath grew up in central Missouri and earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She then completed a six-year integrated Plastic Surgery residency at Southern Illinois University, where she trained extensively in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. During that time, she developed expertise in a wide range of procedures including facial rejuvenation, breast and body contouring, and reconstruction after traumatic injury or cancer resection.

Dr. Sampath is known for her collaborative, personalized care. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and lifestyle, tailoring every procedure to enhance their natural features and restore confidence. As a woman and mother, she offers a unique perspective and a sense of empathy—especially when caring for women through body changes after pregnancy, weight loss, or aging.
