About alloClae

alloClae is the first structural adipose tissue filler that provides volume and support to certain features. This treatment uses donor-derived fat cells to volumize and contour certain areas such as the hips, buttocks, breasts, or hands. alloClae provides immediate, natural-looking, and long-lasting enhancements without the need for liposuction or other regular maintenance injections. The adipose tissue holds its shape due to its specialized honeycomb structure, which creates support and mimics the cushioning behavior of natural body fat. In the body, adipose cells naturally release growth factors. alloClae replicates this by also stimulating collagen growth, allowing it to integrate and maintain long-lasting contouring corrections. Benefits

With alloClae, you can:

  • Soften cellulite dimples
  • Smooth uneven skin
  • Replace lost volume
  • Improve skin elasticity over time
  • Improve collagen production
  • Achieve natural-looking results
  • Improve self-esteem

Candidates

If you want to enhance volume or contours but either lack the excess body fat for surgical options or want to avoid surgery, you may be an ideal candidate for alloClae. If you have contour irregularities, dents, or hollow features, alloClae is especially effective at filling these and creating smooth body contours. To qualify for alloClae, you must maintain a stable weight, as significant weight fluctuations can alter your results. You must also be in relatively good health and have realistic expectations for your results.

Personal Consultation

During your personal consultation, one of our expert surgeons will assess your target areas, whether those are your breasts, buttocks, hip dips, hands, and more. They will also examine your medical history and discuss your treatment goals. After gathering the necessary information, they will create a customized treatment plan and explain your procedure in detail, including how many syringes you will require, the sessions you will need, and whether you would benefit from pairing alloClae with another procedure. (2) They will also provide a detailed cost estimate and address any questions or concerns you may have to ensure you feel confident before treatment.

If you are ready to enhance your aesthetics, contact us online or call our office at (913) 663-3838 to schedule your personal consultation.

Preparation

Effectively preparing for your alloClae treatment ensures the best possible results and a smooth recovery. Our team advises that you:

  • Pause blood-thinning medications and supplements
  • Avoid alcohol consumption 24 hours before your treatment
  • Cease smoking and nicotine use for at least two weeks before your treatment
  • Maintain a stable weight
  • Arrive with clean and bare skin on your specific treatment area
  • Maintain high hydration levels
  • Arrange transportation back home after treatment

Procedure

Your surgeon will begin your procedure by identifying your target areas and using surgical markers to outline exactly where they will administer the alloClae. After mapping out your targeted enhancements, they will provide a local anesthetic or a topical numbing cream to maximize comfort throughout your procedure. Once the numbing takes effect, they will use a specialized syringe attached to a fine micro-cannula device to inject the donor-derived adipose fat tissue, precisely administering the alloClae and smoothing the area to avoid a lumpy or uneven appearance. (3) They will carefully repeat this process until they achieve your desired volume in each treatment area. Following this, they will gently massage the treatment area by hand to ensure the alloClae settles evenly and blends with your natural body curvatures.

On average, alloClae injection sessions last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of your treatment area(s) and your desired volume.

Recovery and Results

After your procedure, you may experience some mild to moderate swelling, redness, and bruising. You should avoid intense workouts, touching or massaging the injection sites, intense heat, and applying makeup for at least 24 to 48 hours. After two weeks, the remaining swelling and bruising will subside significantly, and you can return to your daily routine. You can resume vigorous exercise and heavier physical activity after three to four weeks as your cells start to attach and integrate with the alloClae material.

alloClae will integrate seamlessly with your natural tissue. After two to three months, your results will begin to stabilize, and the regenerative properties will continue to improve your skin’s texture and collagen production. You will see your final results after the third to sixth month as the results mature, leaving a soft, natural appearance. Depending on your concerns, you may notice increased volume in your buttocks, smoother cellulite dimples, attractive hip contours, and an overall increase in your self-confidence.

alloClae results are designed to be long-lasting. The duration of your results depends on your metabolism, weight fluctuations, natural aging, and lifestyle.

FAQ

What is alloClae?

alloClae is a non-surgical injectable treatment that uses donor-derived fat tissue to add volume to and contour different parts of the body.

What are the benefits of alloClae?

alloClae offers an innovative way to enhance volume. Instead of dermal fillers or liposuction fat harvesting, alloClae creates long-lasting volume enhancements with donor fat.

How much does alloClae cost?

The cost of your alloClae treatment will vary depending on your personal goals, the amount of alloClae you receive, and more. You will receive a cost estimate during your personal consultation.

Can I pair alloClae with other treatments?

Yes, you may pair alloClae with other treatments that stimulate collagen production, tighten the skin, and also contour the body. You can explore these options in depth during your consultation.

Are the results from alloClae permanent?

The results from your alloClae treatment are long-lasting, and they may even potentially be permanent. Once the donor fat is in place, the achieved volume can last indefinitely, but this varies for each patient. Weight gain or loss and other health factors can also alter results, so it is important to try and maintain a stable weight and healthy lifestyle.

What is the difference between alloClae and a traditional fat transfer procedure?

A fat transfer harvests fat from the patient’s own body, and then it is purified and prepared to be injected into the areas the patient would like to target. Meanwhile, alloClae is a ready-to-use injectable solution that delivers volume and smooth contours without the need for a more extensive surgical procedure or longer downtime. This is a great option for thinner patients who may not have sufficient fat for a transfer.

Who can benefit from alloClae?

Patients struggling with significant volume loss in the hands, those who have uneven contours, hollow features, or dents, and those who do not have enough donor fat for fat grafting or wish to avoid surgery can benefit from alloClae. If you wish to explore how alloClae can benefit you, please schedule a consultation!
