Medical Weight Loss
Introductory consultation starting at $150. This includes a visit with the nurse practitioner to determine if GLP-1 medication is appropriate for you, review medical history, establish baseline metrics and review lifestyle modifications.
Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement (BHRT)
Introductory consultation of $250 for a limited time only. This includes a visit with the nurse practitioner to review your medical history, a detailed review of your symptoms and a discussion regarding the role hormones play in maintaining optimum health throughout the lifespan. Lab work will be done prior to starting any treatment to measure primary hormones, steroid hormones, and the thyroid cascade as well as other biomarkers to gather comprehensive assortment of any imbalances or deficiencies.
Your first follow-up visit will include lab review, education, and recommendations. If BHRT is appropriate for you then you will have the option of enrolling in the program. This program was designed to provide a more comprehensive and personalized approach to achieving improvement in hormonal symptoms and overall health goals.
The BRHT program includes monthly visits for the first 6 months, which includes your personalized BHRT prescription, repeat lab work at 3 and 6 months, education on lifestyle modifications to support hormonal health, supplements based on your individual plan of care and a wellness injection specific for your needs administered at each appointment.
After 6 months when you are stable on your BHRT and hormone symptoms have improved, we’ll move to the next step, which includes your prescription, 4 visits per year to address any changes or new concerns, ongoing support with advice on lifestyle modifications, nutrient injections at each visit and repeat labs every 6 months.
Functional Medicine
Introductory consultation of $195 for a limited time. This program is optimal for anyone who desires to take a proactive approach and a deeper dive into their overall health. Whether you are focused on a more preventative approach or seeking additional support managing chronic conditions, this program will offer various testing which includes serial lab testing to analyze over 75 biomarkers in the areas of metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, immune function among others. You will receive a personalized approach to understanding your unique biomarkers and ways you can improve and prevent disease.
Those who have one or more chronic conditions will benefit from advanced functional medicine testing to uncover some of the root cause issues impacting your health and wellbeing. The test will focus on your microbiome health which plays a crucial role in immune function, inflammation patterns, metabolic health and chronic disease states.
General wellness visits, which will include lab review, education, and specific recommendations to work on any area of dysfunction. Testing prices vary depending on which test is indicated based on your personal health history and the focus of care. Supplements may also be recommended based on lab results.
