“I had a mini lift at Monarch in Leawood, KS with Dr. Hodge on March 12,2019. I was premedicated with antibiotics and pain medication before my procedure. When I arrived at Monarch for my surgery, I was taken into the surgical room where I was given a local in the areas of my face and neck where my mini lift was being performed. It was absolutely painless!! I don’t remember much about what was happening other than a little pulling sensation. You’re kind of in a twilight form of sleep. I could still talk, but slept for the most part. I think the procedure lasted around 3 hours. Again, it was painless! When my surgery was completed, Dr. Hodge helped my husband walk me out to our car, which was above and beyond the call of duty. He called later that evening to see how I was doing. What an incredible doctor!! I’m now 2 weeks post surgery and doing great! I’ve had my sutures removed and started doing the facial massages that Dr Hodge’s staff and nurse, Kimber recommended. I’m still sleeping with my head elevated, I know I don’t have to at this stage, but I’m doing so just to give it a little extra time to recover. I still have a little swelling, but all in all doing great!! I would do it again in a heartbeat, but only with Dr. Hodge! I fully appreciate and trust his skills as a plastic surgeon.”

He knew I wanted to maximize my outcome using as little “product” as possible (to both save money and to avoid looking over-done!).
