Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for functional and regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and peptide protocols, and will be excited to help us expand and grow our wellness offerings. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is not only clinically skilled but also a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll be an integral part of building and scaling a high-impact, patient-centered practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and follow-ups for hormone therapy, peptides, and weight loss programs
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and lab results
  • Educate patients on treatment options and lifestyle modifications
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, new protocols, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with our team on growth strategies and patient experience initiatives
  • Help develop and optimize clinical workflows as the practice scales

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Kansas
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hormone therapy, weight management, or peptide protocols
  • Strong understanding of lab interpretation, integrative treatment planning, and patient education
  • Passionate about wellness, proactive healthcare, and aesthetics
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in functional or regenerative medicine
  • Certification in either ABAAHP or A4M
  • Prior experience in a startup or growth-focused practice
