RADIESSE is a dermal filler that is made up of tiny microspheres suspended in a gel.  These microspheres are made from a smooth substance called calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA).  Radiesse is injected directly into the treatment area to provide wrinkle correction for moderate to severe wrinkles.

How Radiesse Works

After injection the patients own soft tissue acts to replace the gel that the microspheres are suspended in.  This action creates a desirable long term filling effect for the treated area.  Radiesse is especially appropriate for filling moderate to severe wrinkes and folds such as nasolabial folds or marionette lines.
