Regina M. Nouhan, M.D.

dr regina nouhanAfter earning an undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, Dr. Regina Nouhan returned  to her birthplace, St. Louis, Missouri, for her medical degree and general surgery residency at Washington University.  She then trained in Plastic Surgery at St. Louis University and went on for an additional fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the prestigious Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Nouhan is one of the few female plastic surgeons in the Kansas City area, where she has practiced since 1994.  The well-rounded scope of her practice covers all areas of plastic surgery, especially cosmetic, breast, body-contouring, hand, and reconstructive surgery.  She enjoys the diversity of her practice, and stays current with the latest advances in Plastic Surgery.  She takes pride in customizing surgical solutions for each person’s needs, and strives to treat each patient with both skill and sensitivity.

Dr Nouhan is a Past-President of the Kansas City Plastic Surgery Society and has donated her time and expertise through medical missions in Croatia and the Philippines.  She also volunteers locally, having served several years on the Community Advisory Board for KCUR public radio, as well as giving time to other community groups.  In addition, she has an avid interest in art and design, which has a natural influence on her cosmetic surgery practice.
